Wellness Everyday website is committed to supporting the mental, physical and social health of all individuals living within our community. By providing education, resources and information on the latest programs and projects offered within our community, we believe the Wellness of our Ventura County community can belong to each of us.

Each Mind Matters is California’s Mental Health Movement. Each Mind Matters was created to share a vision of improved mental health and equality. Their goal is creating a community where everyone feels comfortable reaching out for the support they deserve.

Know the Signs is a statewide suicide prevention social marketing campaign built on three key messages: Know the signs. Find the words. Reach out. This campaign is intended to educate how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to find the words to have a direct conversation with someone in crisis and where to find professional help and resources.

MentalHealth.gov provides one-stop access to mental health information. Learn about mental health as a piece of overall wellness and the early warning signs of mental health problems.

CalHOPE builds community resiliency and helps people recover from disasters through free outreach, crisis counseling, and support services. Services include:
